FAQs

  • Coaching accelerates your journey from where you are to where you want to be. Life's path from point A to B often involves hurdles, fears, vision clarity, and nurturing relationships. While you can tackle these alone, it's usually slow and frustrating. That's where coaching shines. It offers a valuable space to discuss challenges, confront fears, and strategically brainstorm solutions. A coach is your guide in crafting your ideal life and career. With a coach, you reach solutions faster, experience breakthroughs sooner, and benefit from accountability that drives real progress.

  • Highly effective coaches are trained and use proven methods that help accelerate the pace at which a client achieve those goals and helps the client grow and expand their possibilities along the way

Effective coaching skills and techniques are built on a foundation of mindfulness, powerful questioning, research, emotional safety and ethics. While you may have a natural propensity to help others achieve their potential, you can hone your natural talents with a set of professional coaching skills that make you uniquely effective at helping people have breakthroughs and move to the next level of what’s possible for them.

  • Coaching is not counseling. Coaching is not mentoring. Coaching is not consulting. Coaching is a unique approach and profession built on framework that can be a tremendous catalyst for the acceleration of progress and personal growth. Coaching vs. Counseling: Coaching is about your present and future, helping you clarify your goals, remove obstacles, and achieve success in various life areas. Counseling, on the other hand, typically addresses past issues that may be causing you to feel stuck. If your past is causing problems, counseling is the way to go. If your past is just history, and you're looking to move forward, coaching is a great fit. It's like the difference between a scar and a wound; counseling heals wounds, while coaching helps you build on the healed scars. Sometimes, individuals benefit from both coaching and counseling, focusing on different aspects of their life

  • Coaching vs. Mentoring: Coaches focus on personal development in general and help clients discover their unique path. Mentors, on the other hand, guide you on a specific development path. Coaches don't dictate what you should do but empower you to find your own answers. They act as catalysts for your success.
